1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ReForce, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. The service
ReForce provides a multi-tenant platform for real-estate distribution operations. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for your users’ actions, for obtaining any consents required to process third-party personal data (e.g. leads), and for compliance with applicable law (including DPDP, RERA, and DLT/communication rules).
4. Data & security
Your tenant data is isolated from other tenants. We process data per our Privacy Policy and apply reasonable security measures; no system is perfectly secure.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReForce is provided “as is” and our liability is limited. This template will be replaced with full terms reviewed by counsel.
